“It was truly an amazing trip with SA to Guizhou, China, at the end of June 2026. My family and I were initially a little concerned, as our tour group did not meet the minimum size required for a local tour manager to accompany us from the departure point. However, all our worries quickly disappeared the moment we were warmly welcomed by SA's assigned tour manager in China, Ms. XiaoYu (小瑜). She is an exceptionally experienced, friendly, resourceful, and dedicated tour manager who looked after us wholeheartedly throughout the journey. Her professionalism and commitment were evident in every detail. She patiently supported the elderly members of our group while navigating the bumpy and uneven mountain paths, coordinated closely with restaurant managers and staff to ensure we enjoyed the best dining experience, communicated efficiently with the railway officers to arrange access to a dedicated tourist lane during our high-speed train check-in, thoughtfully provided medicated patches when some of us experienced muscle aches after long walks, and even personally led us to a nearby convenience store when we wanted to buy supper. Beyond her exceptional service, XiaoYu's warmth, kindness, and cheerful personality made every day of the trip even more enjoyable. We shared countless wonderful moments with her, and she truly became an important part of our Guizhou experience.
